About a month ago, my father passed away. That was quite a trying time.
About the same time, a friend of mine introduced me to SU, and now I've found that websurfing is interesting again.
What's amazing though, is how many of the categories came from stuff my Dad and I did together, or talked about a lot - computers, electronics, photography, astronomy type stuff. If there's a plastic models category on here I'd probably add it in too.
It's a pity I never got the chance to get him into the Internet - he would've liked it, I think.
I'm not quite sure where I got the interest in house/trance/dance music - certainly not him, and quite definitely not my mother...
